Cystic Fibrosis created a for-profit mail pharmacy to aid CF patients and to contribute additional funds to search for a cure. CF was finding that many patients who had signed up, were still using their local pharmacyand not their mail-order pharmacy model.

BeaconFey instituted primary research to determine how to repackage their value proposition to this audience and then utilize advanced database marketing techniques to resegment their customers to provide more likely behavioral responses. Messaging and telemarketing was totally revamped to leverage the new value proposition.
The first campaign generated a response rate of 8.43% and over $2 million in sales
